  • Training Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials – Port Authority of Jamaica

    During the period under review the Division commenced delivery of its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance training to select staff of the Port Authority of Jamaica. Sessions were held on October 12, 26 2023 continued into November and concluded in December 2023. It is noted that Modules 1 to 12 were delivered.

  • Training Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials – Island Traffic Authority

    During the period under review the Division coordinated with the Investigation Division for the delivery of Module 4: Public Procurement Overview, Module 5: Other critical areas involving the IC’s Oversight and Module 6: Investigating Allegations of Corruption on its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance training to select staff of the Island Traffic Authority on Tuesday December 5, 2023.

  • Training Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials – Bank of Jamaica

    The Division commenced delivery of its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops to employees of the Bank of Jamaica on September 29, 2023. The sessions continued throughout October 2023 and concluded in November 2023.

  • Training Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials – Jamaica Customs

    During the period under review the Division continued delivery of its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance training to select staff of Jamaica Customs. This intervention was held on November 23, 2023.

  • Training Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials – EXIM Bank

    During the period under review the Division continued delivery of its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance training to select staff of the EXIM Bank. These interventions were held on November 8, 2023 and November 10, 2023.

  • In-House Investigation Training – Protected Disclosure Programme

    During the period under review the Division delivered Investigation technique training to an internal Information and Complaints team on November 9 2023.

  • Training Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials – MIIC Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce

    During the period under review the Director delivered a presentation on Anti-Corruption and Good Governance to select staff of the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce at its induction training seminar. This intervention was held on November 1, 2023.

  • Training Investigation Module – Designated Officers Programme

    During the period under review the Division delivered specialized training on the Investigation Module on the Designated Officers Programme to select staff of the Information and Complaints Division. This session was held on October 5 2023.

  • Training Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials – Factories Corporation of Jamaica

    During the period under review the Division delivered its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance training to select staff of the Factories Corporation of Jamaica on October 3, 2023.

  • Training Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials – Bank of Jamaica

    The Division commenced delivery of its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops to employees of the Bank of Jamaica on September 29, 2023.

  • Training Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials – Factories Corporation of Jamaica

    During the period under review the Division delivered its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance training to select staff of the Factories Corporation of Jamaica. Interventions were done on Tuesday July 11, 2023, Thursday July 13, 2023, July 19, 2023, July 26, 2023, September 20, 2023 and September 26, 2023.

  • Ministry of Justice Contractors Virtual Sensitization Seminar

    The Division coordinated the presentation by the Commission in conjunction with the Investigation Division at the MOJ led Contractors Virtual Sensitization Seminar that was held on Thursday September 21 2023.

  • Protected Disclosures Act Training Programme

    The Division delivered training on the Information and Complaints led Protected Disclosures Act Training programme over the period September 18-22, 2023.

  • Training Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials – Jamaica Customs

    During the period under review the Division delivered its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance training to select staff of Jamaica Customs on August 30, 2023, September 11 and September 4, 2023.

  • Caribbean Regional Drug Law Enforcement Training Centre – REDTRAC

    During the period under review the Division presented on the theme “Bribery, Corruption, Managing the Risk, Conflict of Interest” at a Caribbean Regional Drug Law Enforcement Training Centre – REDTRAC Regional Anticorruption Seminar that was held over the period September 11-15, 2023. The Division also facilitated the participation of the Information and Complaints Division at the seminar and who made a presentation on the Protected Disclosures Act

    During the period under review the Division delivered its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance training to select staff of the EXIM Bank on September 7, 2023.

    During the period under review the Division delivered its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance training to select staff of the National Land Agency on Tuesday August 29, 2023.

  • Training Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials – Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce + Anti-Dumping and Subsidies Commission

    During the period under review the Division delivered its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance training to select staff of the MIIC + Anti-Dumping and Subsidies Commission on Friday August 11, 2023. The Information and Complaints Division also delivered their presentation on the Protected Disclosures Act.

    During the period under review the Division delivered its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance training to select staff of the NROCC on Monday July 31, 2023.

  • Training Anticorruption and Good Governance Module – Protected Disclosures Training Programme of Designated Officers

    During the period under review the Division delivered its Anticorruption and Good Governance Module on the Information and Complaints Division led Protected Disclosures Officers Training Programme Cohort 5 over the period July 24-28, 2023 It is noted that the Division also led the delivery of modules on the Investigation and Report Writing competent of the programme.

    During the period under review the Director delivered its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance training which had commenced in November 2022 to select Senior Executive Staff of the HEART Trust/NSTA including its Managing Director on Wednesday July 5 2023.

    During the period under review the Division delivered its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance training to select staff of the Ministry of Legal and Constitutional Affairs on Thursday June 29, 2023.

    During the period under review the Division resumed its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance training which had commenced in FY 2022/2023 with select staff from the Jamaica Customs. Three session were held in June 2023, that is, June 5, 2023, June 19, 2023 and June 28, 2023.

    During the period under review the Division resumed its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance training with the Ministry of Justice with delivery of an intervention to select staff on Friday June 9, 2023.

    During the period under review the Division delivered its Anticorruption and Good Governance Module on the Information and Complaints Division led Protected Disclosures Officers Training Programme that was held over the period April 17-21 2023, May 01 – 05, 2023 and May 05 – 08, 2023.

  • Integrity Sensitization Session – Celebrations Brands Limited

    During the period under review the Division delivered on Wednesday April 5, 2023 a session on Anti-Corruption and Good Governance to select staff of Celebrations Brands Limited –a joint venture company of Red Stripe and Pepsi Cola Jamaica Limited.

    Through its Anticorruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials the Director delivered a presentation on Anti-Corruption and Good Governance to the Board of Directors and Senior Executives of the Jamaica Mortgage Bank on Wednesday March 29, 2023. The presentation also included delivery on the Protected Disclosures Act by representatives of the Information and Complaints Division.

    Through its Anticorruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials the Division delivered training on its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials to select staff of the Jamaica Customs on January 16, 2023 in respect of modules 1 to 3 and January 12, 2023 in respect of a presentation on Statutory Declarations, this latter session was jointly done with the Information and Complaints Division. Other sessions were held on February 6, 2023 and February 13, 2023 in respect of a presentation on Statutory Declarations, these latter sessions re Statutory Declarations was jointly done with the Information and Complaints Division. Sessions were also conducted on March 6, 2023, March 20, 2023 and March 24, 2023.

    Through its Anticorruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials the Division delivered training on its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops to staff of the Jamaica Dairy Development Board on November 23, 2022 to include the Acting CEO.

    Through its Anticorruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials over the three-day period Wednesday November 16 2022 to Friday November 18, 2022 the Division delivered its Anticorruption and Good Governance Workshops to more or less the full staff complement of the National Irrigation Commission. The participants included the CEO of the National Irrigation Commission (NIC) and his Senior Executives.

    The Director of Corruption Prevention and the Director of Investigation jointly delivered a presentation on Anticorruption, Good Governance and the Investigative Process to a cohort of Officers on a Defence Academy of the United Kingdom Building Integrity UK Programme Workshop that was held on Wednesday November 2 2022.

    Through its Anticorruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials the Division delivered training on its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops to staff of the Sports Development Foundation on November 2, 2022.

    Through its Anticorruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials the Division delivered training on its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops to select Senior Executives of the HEART Trust including its Executive Director on Monday November 14, 2022. A similar session was held on November 1, 2022 for staff associated with the Procurement Division of the HEART Trust NTA.

    Through its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials the Division during the period under review delivered select modules to all staff of the Office of the Political Ombudsman and associate groupings including their JCF liaison officers, members of their youth arm and the Political Awareness and Respect Initiative on Thursday September 29, 2022.

  • Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials - National Works Agency

    Through its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials the Division jointly with the Investigation Division facilitated a delivery on September 21, 2022 to select staff of the National Works Agency (NWA) on the Anticorruption framework, the Contract Reporting System (CRS) and the Contracts Cost Overruns and Variations (CCOV) in furtherance of the NWA’s need to accurately complete the IC’s referenced reports.

    Through its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials the Division delivered a presentation on Good Governance at the OPM’s Topical Issues and Educational Forum that was held for select staff of both Ministries. This was delivered on August 12 2022. This presentation also included representation from the Information and Complaints Division.

This session was a joint session with representatives of the Information and Complaints, Investigation, Corruption Prosecution and Corruption Prevention Divisions.

    Through its Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Workshops for Public Officials the Division jointly with the Investigation Division delivered a presentation on The work of the Integrity Commission and General Procurement Matters to the Ministry of Justice Contractors' Sensitization Session that was held on Friday June 24, 2022.
