The Commission’s Director of Corruption Prosecution, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 34(1)(a) and 34(1)(b) of the Integrity Commission Act, has reviewed the subject Report and, upon careful consideration, has determined that Mr. Trevon Clarke, Municipal Police, Kingston and St. Andrew Municipal Corporation , should be charged for breach of section 43(1)(a) of the Integrity Commission Act for Failure to File Statutory Declaration; and Failure to File a Declaration within the time specified contrary to section 41(7) of the Integrity Commission Act.
