The Commission’s Director of Corruption Prosecution has, pursuant to the provisions of the Integrity Commission Act, inclusive of Sections 54(3)(b) and 54(4) of the Act, reviewed the subject Report and, upon careful consideration has determined that Mr. Leslie Campbell should be charged for a breach of Section 43(1)(b) of the Integrity Commission Act for Failure to Provide Information requested by the Director of Information and Complaints.
