The Commission’s Director of Corruption Prosecution, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 34(1)(a) and 34(1)(b) of the Integrity Commission Act, has reviewed the subject Report and, upon careful consideration, it was determined that Mr. Maurice Thompson should be charged for breaching section 43(1)(a) of the Integrity Commission Act, namely, for the offence of Failure to submit a Statutory Declaration for the period ending December 31, 2023
