The Commission’s Director of Corruption Prosecution, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 34(1)(a) and 34(1)(b) of the Integrity Commission Act, has reviewed the subject Report and, upon careful consideration, it was determined that Mr. Rejel Ricketts should be charged for breaches of Section 43(1)(a) of the Integrity Commission Act for Failure, without reasonable cause, to submit a Statutory Declaration for the periods ending December 31, 2019, December 31, 2021, December 31, 2022 and December 31, 2023.
