'The Commission’s Director of Corruption Prosecution has, pursuant to the provisions of the Integrity Commission Act, inclusive of Sections 54(3)(b) and 54(4) of the Act, reviewed the subject Investigation Report and, after careful consideration, has ruled that Mr. Lambert Weir should be charged for breaches of Section 15(2)(b) of the Corruption (Prevention)) Act and Section 43(2)(a) of the Integrity Commission Act, for knowingly making a false statement in a Statutory Declaration.'
