The Commission’s Director of Corruption Prosecution, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 34(1)(a) and 34(1)(b) of the Integrity Commission Act, has reviewed the subject Report and, upon careful consideration, has determined that Mr. Javaughn Davis, an employee of KSAMC, should be charged for breach of section 43(1)(a) of Integrity Commission Act for Failure to Submit Statutory Declarations for the periods ending December 31, 2019, December 31, 2020 and December 31, 2021, and Failure to Comply with Notice issued under Section 41(6) of the Integrity Commission Act.
