'The Commission’s Director of Corruption Prosecution has, pursuant to the provisions of the Integrity Commission Act, inclusive of Sections 54(3)(b) and 54(4) of the Act, reviewed the subject Investigation Reports and, after careful consideration, has ruled that the fifteen (15) Public Officials, employed to the Transport Authority, and whose names are set out in the Listing which follows below, should be charged for breach of section 43(1)(a) of the Integrity Commission Act for failing to file a statutory declaration for the outstanding period.'
